The services that I will provide will include reviewing your franchise agreements, licensing agreements, management agreements, your FDD; I will negotiate various commercial and franchise agreements; I will provide legal strategy to implement your business goals; provide proactive legal support; provide strategic counseling; coordinate your international transactions; advise on operational issues, consult and advise your sales personnel; and consult and manage your outside counsel.
