I have been representing franchisors for over 47 years. I have represented major franchisors and smaller franchisors. I have served on the Board of Directors of Sbarro for 22 years.
I was the CEO of a successful franchise system that had over 95 franchisees.
I will service the needs of franchisors who need in house counsel but who cannot afford to pay upwards of $300,000 for a full-time in-house counsel.

The services that I will provide will include reviewing your franchise agreements, licensing agreements, management agreements, your FDD; I will negotiate various commercial and franchise agreements; I will provide legal strategy to implement your business goals; provide proactive legal support; provide strategic counseling; coordinate your international transactions; advise on operational issues, consult and advise your sales personnel; and consult and manage your outside counsel.
